Milk Education are working in partnership with a high-achieving and inclusive secondary school in Enfield to appoint an ambitious Science Teacher for a September start. The Role:
- Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Working as a Science Teacher to inspire a love of Biology, Chemistry and Physics
- Creating a stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity and achievement
- Delivering practical investigations safely and effectively
- Preparing students for GCSE examinations and supporting strong academic outcomes
- Assessing, monitoring and tracking student progress
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Contributing to departmental development and wider school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum
- Ability to deliver engaging and challenging lessons
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Commitment to raising attainment and student achievement
- ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
