Pay: £180–£250 per day (dependent on experience)

SEN Teacher
Milk Education are working with an inclusive primary school in Croydon who are looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teacher from September.
The successful candidate will support pupils with a range of additional needs, creating a structured, nurturing and engaging learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
The Role
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs.
- Support pupils with a range of SEND, including Autism and communication needs.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and the school’s SENDCo.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress.
- Develop positive relationships with pupils and promote independence.
- Contribute to individual support plans and wider school initiatives.
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous experience teaching pupils with SEND.
- Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- Patient, adaptable and nurturing approach.
- Passionate about improving outcomes for children with additional needs.
