Specialist Teaching Assistant (SEN)
Milk education are recruiting for a nurturing, forward‑thinking school for pupils aged 11-16 with SEMH, ASC, ADHD and a range of learning difficulties.

What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Recent experience working with SEN (SEMH, ASC, ADHD or similar)

Strong initiative and the ability to adapt to individual needs

A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs

A calm, nurturing and resilient approach

Availability for full‑time work
Key Responsibilities

Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, communication and engagement

Assisting with personalised learning activities

Working closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff

Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment

Encouraging independence, confidence and social development
