Teaching Assistant

Milk Education are working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Croydon who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team.

The successful candidate will provide classroom support, helping pupils access learning and develop confidence across the school day.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils during lessons and independent activities.
• Work with small groups and individual learners.
• Assist with literacy and numeracy interventions.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
• Support pupils with a range of learning needs.

• Previous experience working with children is desirable.
