Milk Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Chesterfield who are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their teams for immediate starts and September opportunities.
The Role
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to boost learning and confidence.
- Work closely with the class teacher to create engaging learning experiences.
- Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs where required.
- Promote positive behaviour and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
We Are Looking For
- Previous experience working with children (school, nursery, coaching, youth work or care).
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s education.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
