Location: Chesterfield
Pay: £107.71 – £117.00 per day (depending on experience)

Milk Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support a range of fantastic primary schools across Chesterfield. We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are passionate about helping children thrive both academically and socially.

Your Role

• Support teaching and learning across the classroom.

• Deliver interventions to individuals and small groups.

• Assist children with additional learning needs where required.

• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.

• Help prepare classroom resources and learning activities.

• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

We Are Looking For

• Experience working with children.

• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).

• Excellent communication skills.

• Flexible and adaptable approach.

• A genuine passion for education.
