The Role
- Monday – Friday
- Primary School setting
- 8:30am – 3:30pm
- £107.71 per day
Teaching Assistant – Requirements & Skills
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare, education or similar, or equivalent hands-on experience (required)
- Recent experience in a school or education setting (preferred)
- Passion for helping pupils reach their full potential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils to develop communication, independence and self-management skills
- Providing encouragement and reassurance to pupils requiring additional support
- Delivering one-to-one and small-group support
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals
- Following safeguarding, confidentiality and school policies
