Milk Education is recruiting passionate, dedicated, and ambitious Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work within specialist SEN settings in Newark.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching staff in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities.
- Work with pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, providing tailored support both in the classroom and during targeted interventions.
- Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs, abilities, and learning styles.
- Promote positive behaviour, encourage independence, and support pupils’ social and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, helping them feel confident, supported, and ready to learn.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Recent and relevant experience working within an educational setting.
- Experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to supporting pupils with additional needs.
- A genuine passion for helping children and young people achieve their full potential.
